We adhere to the "Consumer Contracts Legislation" allowing 14 days for you to return your purchase if you change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights. For a refund the products will need to be returned with the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Please note that you will need to pay for return postage costs yourself and we would recommend getting proof of postage and insurance cover. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the product is not damaged during return shipping. We aim to refund you within a couple of days of the handles arriving safely back with us, but up to a maximum of 14 days.
Made to order items are excluded from this, so any of the Editions handles (HERE) are non-returnable.

All our products go through a strict quality control process and are packaged carefully to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If they arrive damaged, please sign for them as 'damaged' with the courier and contact us within 48 hours explaining the problem and attaching a few pictures. If for any reason you are not happy with your handles due to manufacturing faults, please don't hesitate to contact us. In these very rare instances, we will happily cover your return postage costs and refund you for the order or replace the items as you wish.
