FAQ

How do your handles fix to cupboards?

We supply 5mm stainless screws that screw through your doors into the back of the handle. You'll simply need a drill to make the 5mm hole. The screws suit doors from 16-20mm thickness. Please let us know if your doors are a different thickness to this and we can supply different fixings.

Can you offer custom colours and sizes?

Yes, of course. We can tailor our handles to a specific colour and tweak sizes for a particular project if needed. Custom colours require an additional charge on top of your order to cover the paint and processing. We can mix colours to RAL and BS (British Standard) colours in matt, satin and gloss finishes. Please get in touch for more information and customisation options, we'd love to help.

Can I see a sample before we buy?

Unfortunately, we're not able to offer samples free of charge. However, if you'd like to purchase a sample, you may return it within 4 weeks as long as it hasn't been used and is in sellable condition. Please note customers are responsible for paying for return postage.

Do you offer trade prices or sell to wholesale?

If you are an interior designer, a contractor or architect, please contact us to discuss a trade discount. We don't currently sell wholesale.

Why do your products have a lead time of five working days?

We make our handles in small batches to ensure the highest possible quality and reduce waste. This means it can take a little longer for us to fulfil orders, but if your order is ready sooner, we'll send them as soon as we can and will keep you updated.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Our products come with a one-year guarantee for reasonable use. We use high quality materials and take every care with the manufacture of every product, so with proper care and maintenance, they should last a lifetime (see our care guide). For a small fee, we can also offer a refinishing service. Please contact us for more details.

Are you VAT registered?

Yes. Please let us know if you require a VAT invoice.
